Important Information Regarding Purchases through Our Online Shop:
After successfully placing and paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a complete overview of important information. Subsequently, you have the option to pick up your season tickets or purchased gift vouchers at any of our branches.
If you have chosen the option “No Shipping (I will print the gift voucher myself)”, you can print your gift voucher and present it during your visit to the selected branch. However, please understand that this option is not available for season tickets.
For season tickets, we offer two options: either pickup at a branch, or delivery to the address you specified when purchasing in our online shop.
When picking up an order at the reception, please provide your order number and the name under which the order was made – this can also be the name of your company. We will then ensure that everything you have ordered from us is properly handed over. Our main goal is to simplify the entire purchasing process for you as much as possible.
If you have opted for delivery by Czech Post to an address of your choice, the package will be properly delivered and we look forward to your upcoming visit. In case of any discrepancies or uncertainties, do not hesitate to contact us.
