In the Czech Republic, you can receive a financial contribution for massages from the Cultural and Social Needs Fund (FKSP). This is great because you can use the contribution not only for massages at medical facilities but also for those provided by masseurs outside medical institutions. This means that you don’t have to visit only clinics or hospitals to make use of this contribution.

FKSP is a fund for cultural and social needs. It is available to all state and contributory organizations.

In Eden’s Garden, you can now use FKSP funds for categories Massage and Wellness services. The contribution can be applied to any of our services, whether you decide to purchase a massage voucher, or get a subscription, which allows you to visit our massages at any of our branches at a favorable price.

Thanks to this opportunity, you can take a break from work and regenerate your strength during a massage, after which you will feel like a new person.

We know that purchasing through FKSP can sometimes be complicated, so we have tried to simplify the process as much as possible. Our goal is to make the purchase and subsequent reimbursement by your employer as simple and quick as possible.

How does it work with us? We have now extended the payment term for FKSP invoices to 30 days.  

1. Choose a subscription or massage voucher in our online shop. You can then use these products within 6 months at any of our branches of your choice.

2. On our payment gateway, select the option to pay via FKSP. To complete this process, you will need to fill in the following billing information: Personal details: Enter your first and last name. Employer information: Provide the name of the company, the organization’s identification number (IČO), and your employer’s address. Contact details: Provide your phone number and email address.   Please note that while these details are typical, specific requirements may vary according to the policies and rules of your employer. Therefore, we always recommend verifying these details directly with your employer or HR department.   Example: Procedure for the utilization of FKSP contribution from the Financial Directorate for the Liberec Region The order must contain all details necessary for billing – description of the ordered service, identification of the employee and family member who will utilize the FKSP contribution, billing address (=Czech Republic-General Financial Directorate, Lazarská 15/7, 117 22 Prague l – New Town), IČ 72080043, required payment term (=30 days)…

3. After completing your order, we will automatically send you an invoice with a 30-day payment term. If you are unable to pay the invoice within this period, or if you need specific information on the invoice, do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is ready to create an invoice tailored to your specific needs.

After successfully completing and paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a complete overview of important information. You then have the option to pick up your subscriptions or purchased gift vouchers at any of our branches.

If you chose the “No shipping (I will print the gift voucher myself)” option, you can print your gift voucher and present it during your visit to the selected branch. However, please understand that this option is not available for subscriptions.

For subscriptions, we offer two options: either pick up at the branch or delivery to the address you specified when shopping in our e-shop.

When picking up the order at the reception, please tell us the number of your order and the name under which the order was made – this can also be the name of your company. We will then take care of properly handing over everything you have ordered from us. Our main goal is to simplify the entire purchasing process for you as much as possible.
