Use your FKSP contribution for a massage at Eden’s Garden

The FKSP massage allowance: flexibility and possibilities of use.

In the Czech Republic, you can get a financial contribution for massage from the Cultural and Social Needs Fund (FKSP). This is great because you can use the allowance not only for massages in a healthcare facility, but also for those provided by a massage therapist outside the healthcare facility. This means you don’t just have to go to clinics or hospitals to take advantage of this benefit.

But what exactly is FKSP?

FCSP is a fund for cultural and social needs. This is available to all state and contributory organisations.

At Eden’s Garden, you can now use FKSP funds for the following categories Massage and Wellness Services. The allowance can be applied to any of our services, whether you choose to purchase a massage voucheror by purchasing a season pass, which allows you to attend our massages at any of our locations at a competitive price.

Thanks to this option, you can take a break from work and regenerate your strength during a massage that will make you feel like a new person.

We know that purchasing through FKSP can sometimes be complicated, so we’ve tried to make the process as simple as possible. Our goal is to make the purchase and subsequent reimbursement by your employer as simple and quick as possible.

So how does it work here?

We have now extended the due date of the FKSP invoice to 30 days.

1. Select in our shop season pass or massage voucher. You can then use these products at any of our branches of your choice within 6 months.

2. On our payment gateway, you can choose to pay via FKSP. To complete this process, you will need to fill in the following billing information:

   Personal data: enter your name and surname.

   Employer information: Please provide your company name, organization identification number (EIN) and address of your employer.

   Contact details: please provide your phone number and email address.

    

   Know that while this information is typical, specific requirements may vary based on your employer’s specific policies and rules. We therefore recommend that you always check these details directly with your employer or HR department.

    

   Example: procedure for the implementation of the Drawing of the contribution from the FKSP of the FÚ for the Liberec Region

   The order must contain all the data required for invoicing – description of the ordered performance, identification of the employee and family member who will draw the FKSP contribution, invoicing address (=Czech Republic – General Financial Directorate, Lazarská 15/7, 117 22 Prague l – Nové Město), ID number 72080043, required invoice due date (=30 days)...

3. Once your order is complete, we will automatically send you an invoice with a 30-day payment due date. If you are unable to pay your invoice within this timeframe, or if you need specific information on your invoice, please contact us. Our team is ready to create an invoice tailored to your specific needs.

4. And that’s it! We look forward to your visit.

After successful completion and payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a complete list of important information. You can then pick up your season tickets or gift vouchers at any of our branches.

If you have chosen the“No transport (I print the gift voucher myself)” option, you can print your gift voucher and present it during your visit to the selected branch. However, please understand that this option is not available for permanets.

We offer two options for season tickets: either picking up at a branch, or sending to the address you specified when you made your purchase in our e-shop.

When picking up your order at reception, please tell us your order number and the name under which the order was placed – this can also be your company name. We will then make sure that everything you have ordered from us is delivered properly. Our main goal is to simplify the entire buying process as much as possible for you.

If you have opted for delivery by Czech Post to the address of your choice, your package will be duly delivered and we look forward to your visit soon. In case of any discrepancies or uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
