Use your Benefits CZ for a massage at Eden’s Garden

At Eden’s Garden, we offer clients the possibility of payment through Benefits CZ. We would like to introduce you to the following procedure to take advantage of these benefits when purchasing our services.

Purchase in Cafeteria Benefity CZ:

You can order our services through the Benefity CZ portal, which is managed by Benefity a.s., specifically in the cafeteria section. This portal can be found at benefity.cz (Home page -> Health -> Massages) under our name Eden’s Garden – Vyskočilova, Štěpánská, Na Poříčí. The entire ordering process is designed with an emphasis on user-friendliness.

On our website you can choose the massage you want to use. Then fill in the form at benefity.cz/cafeteria under one of our branches, enter the value of the service or goods without spaces and dots (e.g. 1000) in the field next to “select price”, then click on “buy directly” and then on “confirm”. You can then use our booking platform to book your chosen massage, choosing the date and time that works best for you. When you visit our reception, just present your booking confirmation and your benefits card and we’ll take care of the rest.

Payment by Benefity CZ card at the reception:

Another option is to pay directly at our reception using your Benefit card. To make the payment, just give us your card code and two digits from your pin (you don’t even need to have your card with you) and we will take care of the rest.

Purchase gift vouchers and loyalty cards through our e-shop:

If you wish to purchase a gift voucher or loyalty cards, you can do via our e-shop. Simply select “Benefity CZ” when choosing your payment method. We will then send you a confirmation of your purchase, including all important information, to your email.

Important information regarding e-shop purchases:

After successful completion and payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a complete list of important information. You can then pick up your season tickets or purchased gift vouchers at any of our branches, except for the Podolí-Dvorce branch, where unfortunately we do not offer an online pick-up service.

If you have chosen the “No transport (I print the gift voucher myself)” option, you can print your gift voucher and present it during your visit to the selected branch. However, please understand that this option is not available for permanettes.

For season tickets, we offer two options: either picking up at a branch or sending to the address you specified when you made your purchase in our e-shop.

When picking up your order at reception, please provide us with your order number and the name under which the order was placed – this can also be your company name. We will then make sure that everything you have ordered from us is properly delivered. Our main aim is to make the whole buying process as simple as possible for you.

If you have opted for delivery by Czech Post to the address of your choice, your package will be delivered properly and we look forward to seeing you soon. In case of any discrepancies or uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
