Withdrawal from the Service Agreement Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have purchased a service or a gift voucher through our online shop, you may have the right to withdraw from the agreement under certain conditions. Below you will find an overview of your rights and the procedure for exercising them.Níže uvádíme přehled podmínek a postupu, jak při tom postupovat.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

If you purchased the service online as a consumer (i.e. not as a business entity), you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

However, this right ceases to apply if:

• we have already started providing the service at your request (e.g. a booked massage or ritual has taken place),
• you expressly agreed, when placing the order, that the service may begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and you were informed that doing so waives your right to withdraw.

Example:
If you book a massage scheduled for the following day and the service is provided, you cannot withdraw from the agreement after using the service. However, if the service or gift voucher has not yet been used, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

2. How to Withdraw

1. Please notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at info@edensgarden.cz.
2. Include your order number, date of purchase, and—if applicable—the gift voucher code.
3. If you received a paper voucher, please return it to our address or bring it to our studio in person. Electronic vouchers will be cancelled once your withdrawal is confirmed.
4. After receiving your withdrawal notice and verifying that the service has not been used, we will refund your payment within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).

3. When Withdrawal Is Not Possible

The right to withdraw cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• the service has already been fully provided (e.g. completed massage, sauna, or ritual),
• you expressly consented to the service beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period expired,
• the gift voucher has been fully or partially redeemed (e.g. a booking has been made),
• the gift voucher has expired,
• the service was customised or tailored to your individual requirements.

4. Refunds

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received no later than 14 days after we are notified of your decision. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until we verify that the voucher has not been used or the service has not been provided.

5. Complaints About Provided Services

If you are not satisfied with a provided service, you may file a complaint in accordance with applicable Czech Civil Code provisions (§1914 et seq.).
