Use your Edenred benefits for a massage at Eden’s Garden

At Eden’s Garden, we offer clients the option of paying with vouchers and the Edenred card. We would like to show you how to take advantage of these benefits when purchasing our services.

And how exactly can Edenred be used in Eden's Garden?

The Edenred card is easy to use. Just visit the website Edenred and use the establishment finder to find our Edens Garden branches. You can use your Edenred card at any of our locations. You can also search for us in your cafeteria or on the Edenred mobile app.

With the Edenred card, you can make payments with pleasant ease, just like with your traditional bank card, including the option of contactless payment. In our E-shop, the payment process with the Edenred card is simplified: just select the “Payment Card” option, fill in the necessary details and then press the “Submit Order” button. Thanks to our cooperation with a payment gateway that accepts the Edenred card, you can also pay with this card at all our branches.

Purchase gift vouchers and loyalty cards through our e-shop:

If you wish to purchase a gift voucher or season ticket, you can do so via our e-shop. Simply select “Edenred Benefity Café” when choosing your payment method. You will then be redirected to your Edenred benefits portal where you will enter your Email and Password and click on log in.

Important information regarding e-shop purchases:

After successful completion and payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a complete list of important information. You can then pick up your season tickets or purchased gift vouchers at any of our branches, except for the Podolí-Dvorce branch, where unfortunately we do not offer an online pick-up service.

If you have chosen the “No transport (I print the gift voucher myself)” option, you can print your gift voucher and present it during your visit to the selected branch. However, please understand that this option is not available for permanettes.

For season tickets, we offer two options: either picking up at a branch or sending to the address you specified when you made your purchase in our e-shop.

When picking up your order at reception, please provide us with your order number and the name under which the order was placed – this can also be your company name. We will then make sure that everything you have ordered from us is properly delivered. Our main aim is to make the whole buying process as simple as possible for you.

If you have opted for delivery by Czech Post to the address of your choice, your package will be delivered properly and we look forward to seeing you soon. In case of any discrepancies or uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
