Use your Benefit Plus for a massage at Eden’s Garden
At Eden’s Garden, we offer clients the option to pay through Benefit Plus. We would like to provide you with the following procedure on how to take advantage of this benefit when purchasing our services.
How exactly can I use Benefit Plus at Eden’s Garden?
Reservations via Benefit Plus – Cafeteria:
You can order our services on the Benefit Plus Cafeteria portal, which you can find at benefit-plus.cz under our name Eden’s Garden – massage – map of branches. Individual branches can be found here: Vyskočilova, Na Poříčí, Štěpánská, Eshop. The whole ordering process is designed to be user-friendly and the system will guide you step by step during the process. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail or SMS. You can then book your massage directly on our order form, where you select a suitable date and time. When you visit our reception, you just need to present your order confirmation or e-voucher and we will take care of the payment authorisation.

Purchase gift vouchers and season tickets through our e-shop:
If you wish to purchase a gift voucher or season ticket, you can do so via our e-shop. Simply select “Benefit Plus” when choosing your payment method. You will then be automatically redirected to the Benefit Plus portal to complete your order. A confirmation of your purchase, including all relevant information, will then be sent to your email.
Important information regarding e-shop purchases:
After successful completion and payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a complete list of important information. You can then pick up your season tickets or purchased gift vouchers at any of our branches, except for the Podolí-Dvorce branch, where unfortunately we do not offer an online pick-up service.
If you have chosen the “No transport (I print the gift voucher myself)” option, you can print your gift voucher and present it during your visit to the selected branch. However, please understand that this option is not available for permanettes.
For season tickets, we offer two options: either picking up at a branch or sending to the address you specified when you made your purchase in our e-shop.
When picking up your order at reception, please provide us with your order number and the name under which the order was placed – this can also be your company name. We will then make sure that everything you have ordered from us is properly delivered. Our main aim is to make the whole buying process as simple as possible for you.
If you have opted for delivery by Czech Post to the address of your choice, your package will be delivered properly and we look forward to seeing you soon. In case of any discrepancies or uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
